Return Policy

Request Period
You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. To begin, email support@bexalunaor.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.

We will provide instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send a parcel to our business address unless we specifically tell you to use it.

Condition of a Voluntary Return
For a return based on preference or fit, the item should be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains, odors, or other signs of use. Please keep its tags and packaging where possible.

Voluntary returns may be unavailable for underwear, bodysuits, pierced jewelry, personalized products, or items clearly marked as final sale. Swimwear should retain its hygiene seal. These conditions do not restrict mandatory rights under applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If something is wrong with your order, email us promptly. Include your order number and photographs showing the issue. We will review the information and offer an appropriate remedy.

When a return is needed because of a confirmed defect or our error, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Return Shipping
For a voluntary return based on fit, preference, or a change of mind, the customer normally pays return postage unless applicable law requires otherwise. We recommend a tracked shipping method and ask that you keep proof of shipment.

Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and reviewing the returned item. An approved refund will be made to the original payment method without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.

Exchanges and Cancellations
If you want another size, contact us to check availability. When a direct exchange is unavailable, you may return an eligible item and place a new order.

To request cancellation before dispatch, email us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, the return procedure will apply.
