Terms of Service

Store Operator

Bexalunaor is an online women’s fashion store operated by Wenzhou Yulin Network Technology Co., Ltd. These Terms of Service apply when you visit https://bexalunaor.com or purchase from the store.

By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms.

Product Information

We present photographs, descriptions, sizes, and prices to help you make a purchase decision. Please review the product page before ordering. The appearance of colors may vary across screens, and small differences in measurements may occur.

We may correct an error in a listing, change an item’s availability, or discontinue a product.

Orders and Payment

After checkout, we will send an email acknowledging your order. We may contact you if payment needs verification, an item is unavailable, or delivery information is incomplete.

We may cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error, unavailable stock, an unsuccessful payment, a shipping restriction, or suspected fraud. If payment has been collected for a cancelled order, we will refund it to the original payment method.

You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery details and to use a payment method you are authorized to use.

Prices and Other Charges

The price, currency, and available shipping charge are displayed at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees collected in the destination country.

Delivery and Returns

Our Shipping Policy explains order preparation and delivery. Our Return Policy explains how to request a return, exchange, or refund. Please read these policies before completing a purchase.

Website Use

You may use the store for lawful personal shopping. You may not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with website security, or reproduce website content for commercial purposes without permission.
