Preparing Your Purchase

Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Weekends and public holidays are not included in this estimate. Preparation may take longer during busy periods.

Shipping Options and Delivery Time

The destinations, shipping methods, and charges available for your address appear at checkout.

After dispatch, delivery is generally estimated to take 8–18 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier operations, customs inspections, weather, and local conditions may affect delivery.

Dispatch Notification

We will email you when an order is dispatched. If tracking is available, the message will contain the tracking details. A carrier’s tracking page may take time to display its first update.

International Charges

For a cross-border shipment, the destination country may impose import duties, taxes, or customs handling charges. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, the recipient is responsible for them.

Delivery Information

Please enter a complete and accurate address. If you discover a mistake, email support@bexalunaor.com promptly with your order number and corrected details. We will try to make the change before dispatch, but cannot guarantee it once the parcel has entered the shipping process.

Delays or Missing Parcels

If we cannot dispatch within the expected period, we will explain the delay and offer the available options, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.

If a parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time after the delivery estimate, contact us. We will review its tracking and ask the carrier to investigate. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund.
